Two outages in 30 days, both times I call in I'm told "I don't know when it will be fixed" and there is no one else that will speak with you. Miserable customer service miserable uptime with no offer for credit or compensation stay as far away from this provider as possible
The service is so bad and so expensive I'm going to sell my house and leave Van Buren county. Because of the constant power surges I have had to replace the blower motor in my AC twice at $600 a piece. This company sucks.
Whoever they have answering the phones is so rude. I’ve dealt with her twice. She’s inpatient and has an attitude for no reason 🙃
