I had damage here in Bee Branch from yesterday’s storm. A piece of my metal siding had come loose and had cut into my Wi-Fi cable. I got home from work today to find I had no Wi-Fi. I called after 5:00 pm. Shortly after calling the main office, Austin called and said he’d be here in about 15 minutes. He came over and it’s back to business as usual. He was here when he said he was gonna be here and he fixed my Wi-Fi quickly. Great job to all you guys and gals.
Worst electric company I've ever used. i experience outages every week even in calm weather and constant power flickering. When they do fix it it only lasts for again about a week it's like they just duck tape it and call it good and with the Astranomical amount that people pay around here for the service they should have the money to fix the problem
The worst people i have ever dealt with, it seems they dont even want my business, to try and restore the service they removed, the engineer wants me to pay 4000 to have it reinstalled, i dont know what im gonna do for power they are robbing people
Just wanted to say the fact that I have Fiber Optic internet in the middle of my field and still only have cable in Heber Springs speaks volumes. Then to top it off, my puppies got under the house a chewed through our cable today. I called in my Internet failure and within 3 ours I had a technicians Austin and Hunter here in the middle of Enola. They got the job done in Minutes! I can’t get that kind of excellent customer service from ATT, Opitimum, Direct or any other provider! Thanks for taking care of us fellas!
Just want to say thank you to the employees and management of Petit Jean EC for the great service over the years. Yes, prices on everything are higher than ever but that's certainly your fault. Thank you also for Petit Jean Fiber. It's a superior product- in town or on the outskirts of the system. Please stay the course.
