tldr: Our bill had bogus extra charges; the hotel was loud, in disrepair, and poorly managed to the detriment of guest experience. Our stay at Petit Ermitage reminded us how badly a hotel can be run. On day 1, we dropped off our bags in the morning and the front desk promised to send them to our room when it was ready. At check-in time, we repeatedly asked if our bags were in our room and the guy at the desk just shrugged and said to call down if they weren't.
