We highly recommend puppy classes with Jen at PetImpact. Not only is it great socialization but our toy goldendoodle, Pepita, has retained skills (Sit, stay, leave it, etc) that were introduced during class. Also, Pepita met other dogs her age and we still get together for puppy play dates. Jen’s approach to “training with love” is evident even beyond the classroom. Jen is part of the St. Louis community and we frequently run into Jen at dog-friendly events. Pepita loves Jen and is always excited to see her.

I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! From the moment we reached out she was attentive, flexible, patient, and kind. Our dog can be a bit of a handful, but Jennifer never once showed frustration or impatience. I was recommended Jennifer from Pet Impact through a friend that has used her services and I could be happier. I rescued a puppy and with so much information out, was struggling to know what methods to use to train her. My pup was in a class with two other small dogs and it was amazing being able to learn with puppies her size and age. After searching for weeks for dog training - I heard about Jennifer through word of mouth. Another puppy owner I ran into at the park spoke wonders about her, so I reached out. I can’t recommend Jen with Pet Impact enough! She offers private sessions as well as group sessions and was very flexible on what works for my dog, Nova, and I. With many levels of training available, I’ve seen such amazing progress, and I feel more confident handling different situations with my sweet and energetic golden retriever, SuperNova. Truly a wonderful experience!
