Murphy and I both loved Jen’s class. We learned so many useful skills, and Murphy especially enjoyed getting to socialize and play with the other puppies during class. What I appreciated most was that Jen was always available to answer questions and was incredibly patient. As a first-time puppy owner, I often felt anxious or unsure about certain situations, and her guidance gave me confidence and peace of mind. She made the whole puppy-raising journey much less overwhelming.

I had such a great experience with this pet trainer! She was incredibly sweet and patient, not just with my dog but with everyone in the class. She took the time to make sure each dog (and owner) understood what to do, without ever making anyone feel rushed or overwhelmed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and wants them to succeed. It wasn’t just training! It felt like a fun bonding activity too.
