I have to say that working with Jen has been such a great experience. When we started , our three year-old beagle, Maggie was afraid of everything. Other trainers told us that she was a dog that couldn’t be trained because she was too gun shy Jen taught us how to work with Maggie to overcome the shyness and gain her confidence. She made so much progress and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Jennifer and PetImpact have been so incredible for our puppy! We adopted a Bernese mountain dog puppy in February and since then he has completed the beginner and intermediate course, with plans to continue on! :) Moose has learned so many fundamental and helpful things, that has made him such a well behaved puppy! All thanks to Jen and her training expertise! We wouldn’t have believed when we first got him that he would be able to walk through pottery barn calm and collected, but thanks to Jen he passed with flying colors! ... read more
Jen is an incredible dog trainer and a truly wonderful person to work with. She understands dogs on a deep level and always takes the time to explain the why behind her methods. She is patient, thoughtful, wise, and clearly very experienced, and she genuinely cares about helping both dogs and owners.
