Went here for 13 years and we are leaving. I don't mind waiting in my car for 30 minutes but why do I have to continue to wait when we come in? And they cancelled a follow up time sensitive shot we went back for the reschedule only to be told we would have to wait indefinitely. Told them we had another appt. and couldn't wait long and it was only for a shot. The receptionist was snotty and said again don't know how long.
