My dog had an urgent issue and my regular vet was booked, plus the local emergency clinic had a 5-6 hour wait. I was referred here and it was such a relief. The online waitlist was great because I could check ahead to see if it was worth the trip, and once we got there we went straight into a room. Everything was quick and easy. The staff really cared about my dog and made him feel safe and comfortable, which meant a lot. The bill wasn’t crazy expensive either. Very good reason I am giving this place two stars. I do have a little back round in animal care so I was appalled. Receptionist, so kind and sweet. I’m talking about Dr Noble. My oh my does she want to judge you on “the care you are taking for your animal” . Immediately tells me that my 12 year old outdoor/indoor cat looks horrible. This is something she swears has “been happening a while”. Not only is my cat older, she has also lived outside most of her life (her choice), welcomed inside at any time of course.
