Let's start by saying how unprofessional Dr Fausel is. We were supposed to have an appointment for an ultrasound for one of our cats that got abruptly canceled. Im glad I called in advance to check on the appointment time before I brought her over, because they text the wrong number saying they were canceling her appointment. Yesterday was one of the toughest days of my life. Putting a beloved pet down never, ever gets easier. I've used Lap of Love in the past and had a great experience, but I didn't have the luxury of time this go around.
