The entire team was amazing. I called to be sure we could come down, and the receptionist was super polite. The veterinary nurse, Kelsey, was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. One of the other nurses remembered us from another office and was sure to say hello. Dr. Fausel was very patient with my scared dog who hated every minute of the car ride. We were seen very promptly and everyone was super friendly. Visit was quick and thorough and we left with the meds we needed. It’s nice to know we have a reliable pet urgent care so close by.
