This was my first visit and I wasn’t sure what was going on with my cat. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They put me in my cat at ease. The vet and the vet assistant were very gentle and explain everything thoroughly. I can’t tell you how much appreciate the wonderful care that was provided.

The staff was very friendly, and did explain everything thoroughly to me on what my options were. Ultimately though, I left 3 hours later, and paid a $730 bill to Ultimately be told they didnt know what was wrong with my cat. I am new to the area, and have not veen able to set up a new vet yet for my pets. My cat started with symptoms the day before and was progressively declining more today. I tried to do what's best for him, and bring him in to be proactive for what is likely some sort of respiratory infection. The staff w... read more

We decided to take our senior dog to them because our vet was booked. Dr Fausel and the entire staff was wonderful with Benji who is a rescue and can be difficult to deal with at times. We were sent home with medication after they examined him and they are updating his current vet. Facility was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I would not hesitate to take any of our pets there.
