My dog ate poison, it doesn't take a genius to know it has to get out of his stomach asap I.e. vomit induction. This place moved with zero urgency while my dog is actively digesting poison. They then sat me in a side room and gave me a poison control telephone number, which was automated and I ended up getting hung up on. I asked why I am contacting them and they said "they'll tell you what to do and then you tell us and we will do it". ?????????? Excellent service! We called an hour before closing and were taken right back. Everyone was so friendly and with us and our pup. Thank you much Cynthia and Elise for taking great care of us. Highly recommended :)
We took our pup Tucker there for a limp and they allowed us to bring our other dog in with us. We saw Dr. Fausel, he and the staff are so friendly and helpful, it really made us feel comfortable. When they gave us meds for Tucker, they also put some dried marshmallows on a pill bottle so Olive didn't feel left out They really took the time to explain everything and gave us recommendations for further treatment if needed. Our sweet Luna was going to be 15 this year but she had been struggling with her old age. It was a Sunday morning when I knew it was time to make a hard decision but our regular vet was not open. Everyone here was so kind and compassionate. They let me and my daughter take as much time as we needed with her to say our goodbyes. The facility is very nice and our room was comfortable and clean.
