It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so kind and efficient. My cat was treated so gentle she didn’t even stress
Please pay attention during your visit. Don't be afraid to ask questions when they discuss testing, treatment, diagnosis, and medication. During an urgent visit for my senior dog, staff was prepared to dispense multiple heavy prescription medications he did not need, some for conditions he didn't have. Only when I gently pushed back did they remove all the extra meds. These meds could have injured my 12-year-old boy, or worse.
