My 9 year old cat had an infection, and she was treated with kindness. They have been calling asking how she's doing, and have been nothing but kind. They have been transparent with all of the procedures, and even were patient with us. Their instructions were simple to do and they are very sweet!
5 stars isn’t enough! Last year, my previous vet/clinic suggested I put down my 11-year-old husky due to an internal mass. Instead, I found Petfolk and Dr. Willis, and my girl is now 12+ and thriving. That says everything! Dr. Willis is professional, kind, and assertive, yet genuinely warm. Very impressed with the intake of my dog during what I believed was an urgent situation. Staff were very helpful and calming and receptive to all our concerns. Our pup perked right up with the peanut butter test and all was better but do thank you for the quick attention, assertive care and cleanliness of Petfolk. Kudos for not pushing all unnecessary care and charges and ensuring the comfort in our care choices were sufficient for our little one. I had to have my cat euthanized this weekend. She was 17 years old, in pain, and had stopped eating. It was a difficult decision. Dr Monroe and Kaylie were caring and supportive. They were patient and very kind. I appreciate their sympathy. The procedure was done with respect and empathy. Thank you ladies for helping us through a tough morning.
