I took my dog Zoe in as she was coughing and Dr. Krueger was amazing and answered all of my questions. He took his time with us.
Although it wasn't the news we wanted to hear, the staff at Petfolk were absolutely wonderful in examining our boy. The technician to the doctor took the time to explain the process, explain the findings, and explain the steps appropriate for the diagnosis. I really appreciate the care and support the staff showed during Hueys visit.
Dr. Krueger, Alyssa, and Daisy were phenomenal. They took extra time to explain our care options and ensured we had the skills needed to administer what was prescribed. The facility was spotless, very new, and high tech. Overall extremely impressed with the care we received and will absolutely recommend to everyone!
PetFolk is literally living in the future.. When I walked in I wasn't sure I was in the right place. The aesthetic of this clinic was absolutely stunning! It smelled so clean and luxurious from the moment you enter. Unlike other vet hospitals, this one was so welcoming, and clean. All the staff was friendly, and eager to help. Great experience with this vet team! They were so reassuring, kind & professional while ensuring the best care for my kitty. I came in for a last minute appointment and I’m so glad I came here. They’re fear-free and it really showed with my cat who usually does NOT do well at the vet. Totally recommend this team!
