Dr. Deking is truly one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met. Her knowledge, passion for her work, and genuine care for animals shine through in everything she does. She treated my dog as if he were her own, with so much love, patience, and compassion. The level of service she provides is nothing short of exceptional — truly A++. I can’t recommend her enough. Honestly, I’d follow her to the moon if I had to. If you have the chance to see Dr. Deking, don’t pass it up — she’s a rare gem in the veterinary world!
Highly recommend! They were so friendly and very helpful. I thought the team was extremely thorough and helped calm some of my stress about my kitty who had me concerned. Super clean too.
Attentive and transparent. Amazing urgent care experience. They made it the least stressful possible and listened to our concerns. More importantly, my cat was treated well and with compassion - and we got to be with him throughout the whole process.
Everyone at Petfolk is extremely friendly and know you. They are so caring and let you know what options are available. PetCare is an absolute must and pays for itself in two visits or less. Petfolk’s before, during, and after services outstanding bar none. My lovingly cared for pack. Thank you Petfolk!
My dog is needing emergency treatment and was in a position where we were camping and they won’t accept cash so much rather the dog suffer. Since when is cash not acceptable?
