My experience here was genuinely disturbing. This clinic felt far more focused on making money than actually helping animals. Please read my entire experience if you care about your pets well being. I brought my dog in for a fractured tooth and paid $135 for an exam for what was essentially a 20 second glance at his mouth. Without any meaningful examination, I was immediately told he needed to be put under anesthesia just so they could “properly assess” the tooth for a possible extraction. my cat was limping and I thought she got hit by a car and I could not get in to see my regular vet but they had an appointment so I went right in. They discovered she has hurt her paw and it was infected, and were so nice and covered her with a blanket as she was scared, gave her antibiotics and an anti inflammatory shot and I am going back in a week to see how it is healing. They were so nice and thoughtful, it was a great experience especially in a slight emergency situation. I am very grateful for them!
If you care about your pet go somewhere else. This team prioritizes profit over pet. It's hard enough to find a solid Vet, then when you believe you have you discover you have to constantly question the motivation, and the misleading advertising. Don't be fooled this is a franchise run by amateurs as a Franchise (like McDonald's).
