Staff and Dr was very nice and thorough. Took his time to explain different options and was very conservative on his approach.
We had such a great experience at Petfolk! Dr. Marc and Amber were both incredibly kind, caring, and attentive during Snoopy’s visit. They made us feel so comfortable and took amazing care of him from start to finish. Snoopy absolutely loved all the treats at the vet and was so relaxed and happy the whole time, which says a lot! You can really tell they genuinely love animals and care about their patients. Highly recommend Petfolk and their wonderful team!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this veterinary practice. After arriving late due to unavoidable traffic, what should have been treated as a standard appointment was suddenly classified and billed as an “emergency visit,” resulting in significantly higher charges. While I completely understand the importance of scheduling and respecting appointment times, the handling of the situation felt more focused on maximizing billing than providing compassionate care to clients and their pets. Petfolk has been a great experience so far with my new puppy. Everyone is respectful, thorough and communicative. Shoutout to Dr. Calhoun and Amber for their friendliness and diligence today with our checkup and vaccines! I truly feel like this team cares about my pup.
We have been going to Petfolk since we adopted our dog from the shelter last year. I accidentally made an appointment too soon before they could service it, but they still let us come in for a happy visit. In the end, my bf and I asked a million and 1 questions and Amber (our technician) was so knowledgeable about everything. She even gave us recommendations on what to buy & instructions on ways to take better care of our dog. Our dog is a bit nervous at the vet & he felt relaxed enough to show his tummy in this happy visit.... read more
