Helpful weekend hours. Nice, modern facility. Easy appointment booking. And most importantly, kind, attentive, and thorough care for my pet.
My dog and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Petfolk in Fishers. Dr. Bronzino was so friendly and patient with my shy boy. The consultation we had left me feeling very at ease about everything. We had our procedure a week later and to my absolute shock, I got text updates during his stay and procedure that everything was going well and on schedule. Pick up was very easy and I got all the information I needed, I left very prepared. All my expectations were completely blown away, Petfolk is setting the standard.
When we moved to the area and needed a new vet, we were lucky enough to find Petfolk. The staff there are amazing and the environment is so easy going. We have 2 dogs and a cat and no one ever feels stressed or rushed. I love having all my pet records in an app. The ability to communicate with my vet or make orders right in the app is fantastic. The security of their membership plan is great peace of mind and has already paid for itself!
I took my kitten here who was developing a nasty cold. Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and our regular vet was not in the office, and I was left worried about her getting worse without care. Found Petfolk through Google and was elated that they were not only open, but had availability for an appointment. The location was immaculate, the staff was so kind and wonderful, and I left feeling so much better with a treatment plan in place. Prices were very reasonable as well.
