The staff are all so welcoming and attentive to my pet medical needs and care
Transparency. That’s all a pet owner could ask for. I greatly appreciate this team not trying to up-charge me and offered multiple remedies for my dog when it came to medication, or just over the counter solutions. Less expensive than our previous vet as well. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with this establishment.
I've recently moved to this area and need to find a new vet for my cat. I recently took him to Petfolk based on positive reviews. However, my experience was not great. Even though the doctor and staff were friendly, I wish the doctor had been more attentive. Now, I have to schedule another appointment at a different clinic for a second opinion. I also found they are overpriced at $135 for the exam.
Had the best experience when my kitty had an issue with his eye. Everyone was so kind and you could tell they really love what they’re doing.
Wonderful experience. Spent time answering all of our questions with no rushing, very friendly and patient staff. Definitely recommend!
