I had a wonderful experience taking my newly adopted cat here for his first vet visit with me. I really appreciate how they are upfront about pricing before moving forward. The staff are all super sweet. Dr. Allen and Lex took good care of him and I appreciate how helpful and positive they were.

We had to say goodbye to our family dog, Macy, after 13 years today. The vet team at Pet Folk Concord was great during this time. I had one of the last appointments for the day. I knew the team would be ready to leave for the holiday weekend. However, they never rushed the process and gave plenty of time to say our last goodbyes. I didn't walk by one team member who didn't ask if I needed anything. They have won my business for other two dogs for routine care.
7/2026 - Update after over a year of service: In edible service all around! I get all the time we need and feel like we are important and not just a number. The Yearly membership is an incredible value and the chat is next level helpful. I use it regularly and get real time responses within mins of reaching out. 10/10 still! Overall it was amazing. They’re my pups primary care for a reason. Dr. Millevoi was amazing with my pup and even accommodates the pup if they want to stay on the floor. But it’s not just the Dr. who is amazing. Their whole staff is awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Nurse Nichole who made sure my pup Phaestus was comfortable and relaxed. She was very detailed in her work as well. They will stay my pups primary care team for as long as possible. I really can’t say enough great things bout this team.
