I was a bit hesitant after walking in on a Saturday for an urgent care visit for my sick dog. The inside is very bare, but modern looking. Very clean. Sheree helped us from the beginning and she was AWESOME. My dog is usually very hesitant of strangers, but he was very comfortable with her. Dr. C was the vet that we spoke with. She was very transparent and gave us recommendations and options for his symptoms. Everyone was very nice and thorough. Dr Hernandez listened and eased my mind of my concerns with Lola.
Wonderful vet all around - from the person that greets you all the way until checkout. I didn’t feel that they preferred dogs over cats or cats over dogs like I have at other vets in the past. They spent a good amount of time with me and addressed all of my concerns. This will be my new vet!
Loved this clinic. I would have never gone there normally as they are 45 mins away from home and I have about 10 vets between us. But no one had an available urgent appointment for my concern if we weren’t established (moved here recently). I was in and out with no problem. They were amazing with my baby who was suffering from some weird allergic reaction. They made him feel as relaxed as possible and eased my concerns. Staff was super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Facility was very clean. We went on an emergency visit, and I honestly thought about switching vets to here for regular care, and I have no reason to even want to switch vets.
