My little kitten Storm went in for an abscess on his leg and they treated him wonderfully! Ashley was especially helpful and kind. He’s recovering steadily and if I ever need a vet again, I’ll come here.
Brought a kitten in after she was mauled and noted to staff that she wouldn't stand on her hind leg. They refused an x-ray. Sent us home with antibiotics and pain medicine for an abscess on her leg. When we went in for surgery the next day at a different location, she had an x-ray there. SHE HAD A BROKEN LEG WITH AN ABSCESS!!! NOW MY CAT MAY DIE DUE TO THEM WANTING MORE MONEY THAN A HEALTHY CLIENT!!! It's amputate or euthanize because the staff wouldn't do their jobs. Do not go here if you have an injured animal.
Hands down the best veterinary clinic in Orlando! Staff is very polite, friendly and professional. Came with my kitty to have her mouth taken care of and Dr Speicher and his team were beyond phenomenal through the whole process, which they made sure we knew all the details before and after the procedure. Ruby is now pain free and happy as never, thanks to Petfolk and their dedicated staff! I recommend to everyone to bring their pet as they will go above and beyond for your friend!
I am beyond impressed with the care provided to my cat Molly. She had an emergency dental with her canine tooth being broken off. I reached out to so many vets to get her in ASAP and was turned down either because they were too busy or “didn’t feel comfortable” with the extractions needed. This office went out of their way to get her scheduled fast and with a beyond experienced vet who felt more than comfortable handling the extractions, which made me feel less stressed.
