I brought my cat here because he was having trouble urinating, and after spending nearly $800 on lab work and medication, I expected basic care and decency. Instead, I picked him up his fur reeking of urine, and smelling disgusting. I told asked the nurse , and all she did was shrug it off and say he did it after they took urine sample . So they knew he urinated, and they STILL handed him back to me filthy, soaked, and smelling like he’d been sitting in it for who knows how long. I brought my cat in today with what I was worried was a possible UTI. The staff took care of him like he was one of their own and it was honestly very affordable. Thank you so much Dr. speicher and Treese! You two were incredible and made me feel like my cat was in the best hands possible.
