I couldn’t be more impressed with this practice. From the initial intake, to the clinical staff, tech, and doctor, I received such a great experience. I came here for an emergency visit and they treated me like family. I will always trust them with my babies.
Quick appointment was needed and provided. Staff is very dedicated to professionalism and compassion.
Team was so caring with my car Holloway who wasn't feeling well & was her first time there. They explained everything in detail & alleviated my concerns
Thank you PetFolk team. Both the Vet Tech and the Vet provided excellent care on a Sunday afternoon when my regular vet was not open. I am very happy we have PetFolk in our community and will use them again in the future as needed.
The staff is always great, I will say they ended up getting a diagnosis wrong and sadly we did have to put our pet down. I understand it is not easy to diagnosis something going on with an animal and we all make mistakes. However their manager Laz could not own up to this! He was extremely rude to me when I told him that the doctors got it wrong. Which it’s okay to get it wrong however he kept saying they told us to go the emergency vet. WHICH THEY DID NOT!
