I came in at 5:15 (they close at 6) after my dog clear ripped an entire nail off. I didn’t call and make an appointment but they were so kind and fit us in as it would be a quick check. The staff were so kind when we arrived and amazing with Obi! The vet was great at handling him and obviously loved animals. He made the exam quick and easy for Obi, was so gentle with him and patient. They got us in and out fast and the price was surprisingly cheap after we’ve experienced the urgent care/emergency visits. Great experience with the vet with both of our pets (cat and dog). All of the staff were super friendly and helped us make a plan for pet care within our budget.
Our first visits with Dr. Tufts went very well. We have two cats that are not very cooperative at the Vet. All staff were very kind in trying to keep the visits stress-free. Dr. Tufts was very gracious even after one of our cats pooped on him as he got his rabies shot We recommend Petfolk and will keep our relationship going! First time visit with a sick feral cat. Staff was efficient, knowledgeable and caring.
First time going here. Only place able to see my dog the same day. Very kind and informative. Super good with nervous dogs. Would 100% recommend.
