I brought my cat here a few months after moving to Holly Springs bracing for overcharging and all sorts of tests (like past vets have done) but I was met with incredible service, transparent and reasonable pricing, and no unnecessary add-ons, just the care my girl needed. She just had a dental appointment and tooth extraction with them and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the care team was. The staff at PetFolk in Holly Springs truly are pet people. They show so much compassion and care for the animals and their families every visit and follow-up message. They have gone truly above and beyond multiple times for our furry family.
My wife and I recently took in a feral cat that needed medical attention. I had been calling around to understand processes, pricing, and next steps. As first time cat owners, Dr. Tufts and his technicians were so helpful, non-judmental, upfront about pricing, reassuring, answered all of my questions, and handled my anxious kitty in an ethical manner. I came in at 5:15 (they close at 6) after my dog clear ripped an entire nail off. I didn’t call and make an appointment but they were so kind and fit us in as it would be a quick check. The staff were so kind when we arrived and amazing with Obi! The vet was great at handling him and obviously loved animals. He made the exam quick and easy for Obi, was so gentle with him and patient. They got us in and out fast and the price was surprisingly cheap after we’ve experienced the urgent care/emergency visits. Great experience with the vet with both of our pets (cat and dog). All of the staff were super friendly and helped us make a plan for pet care within our budget.
