Brought my fur baby in today for an urgent visit. The staff immediately treated us with such kindness, I was so impressed with how they handled my older dog. Ashley also made the experience super enjoyable and calmed any nerves we had! I've never been to a clinic like it before, definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had in a situation like this. Thank you guys for everything!
Our first visits with Dr. Tufts went very well. We have two cats that are not very cooperative at the Vet. All staff were very kind in trying to keep the visits stress-free. Dr. Tufts was very gracious even after one of our cats pooped on him as he got his rabies shot 😅 We recommend Petfolk and will keep our relationship going! Our second visit for bloodwork with 2 of the technicians went very well too! They took great care with Violet, and were gentle with her. Very happy with this practice.
Our cat needed some teeth extractions and Dr. Tufts was fantastic. He took great care to keep us posted of the progress and recovery. We knew our little fur baby was in good hands!
