Sara, Dr. McCuiston and the Petfolk staff gave our baby exceptional patient care today!! We easily scheduled a Sun 8 am appt online since our normal vet was not open on Sundays. The staff took care of our baby and explained everything to us. They provided treatment options and got our little girl back on track. We highly recommend Petfolk for your babies...they are simply Awesome!!
Have had a horrible time getting refills straightened out for my dog. It seems the communication chain there and management is broken or understaffed/overworked. No accountability for their mistakes, instead I get passed around “handled”, and chewed out by a vet. They always want me to bring him in for even the most minor issues to do labs, tests, etc, and poke on guilt when I won’t. They love to upsell their “Petcare program membership”. Petfolk is absolutely the best! Veterinarians and vet techs have a great energy that makes my pets comfortable. Having a dog that used to be terrified of any vet clinic I’ve tried made it hard to get her normal health checks but when we are at Perfolk all of those worries disappear. I can tell my dog is happy and excited to be there. Will fully recommend any pet owners to all Petfolk locations. Dr. Tuffs at the holly springs location ensured my dog had a great time and an easy exam today
Thank you for taking amazing care of my Paco! I called because my dog was sick, they got me in in 30 minutes! When I arrived I was taken back right away. The nurses and doctors were amazing, loving and caring. Can’t say enough about them. Definitely recommend and would give them a 100 stars if I could!
