They were very gentle with my very frightened cat and treated him with care. They asked about him and made sure they had all the information. They even gave him a churu even though he was too scared to eat it but they made sure to take it slow and not to scare him more than he already was from just being there.
The Petfolk team was very gentle with my cat; he is easily scared at the vet and it was the easiest experience I have had so far. I’ve had bad experiences with vets in the past so to see their team be very careful with him was greatly appreciated! They were also clear on all communications before and after our visit. His results came back quickly and their recommendations seemed to align best with his health and my concerns. Highly recommend for all cat parents!
Our dog Teddy is a nervous older dog who does not like the visit to the vet. On this visit with Aracelly and Lorena and our previous visit with Dr. Mary Anne Bowen, Teddy had his best visits so far. They were really patient and sweet with Teddy. This great care is why we are a member with PetFolk and we highly recommend this clinic. Thank you

Can’t say enough about Dr Montanez- I’ve had a lot of Veterinarians thru my life with different dogs in other states etc… this guy really rates at the top of my list in every aspect!! Hannah is also a total gem as well, super knowledgeable and really just spot on!! (This is probably the first time I’ve ever left a review in my life about anything- so me doing this is seriously warranted)
