Don’t go here. My pet came in last week and they had me waiting multiple hours then doctor wouldn’t call me back for results. It’s been multiple days. They focus on $$ not care. I tried warning you.
I took my senior dog (17 years old) for a quality of life assessment, expecting the worst. Dr. Oh was amazing, explained everything in terms that I could understand and came up with a treatment plan that made sense for a dog her age. He found an abnormality in her bloodwork that showed she just had an infection. They gave me prescriptions and my pup some IV fluids. She's had her first dose of meds and is already a different dog! I thought I'd be going home alone, but instead I brought my pup with me!
On Saturday at 11 p.m., I had to rush my cat to the Plano E.R. The news was not very good. The next day, I called my veterinarian, whom I had been with for 17+ years. On weekends, someone is always on call for emergencies, mainly horses. On Sunday morning, I called my veterinarian’s office and was transferred to the on-call vet. Amazing staff. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything , and offered options. I will definitely continue to bring my Zoe back for care. 5 stars across the board!!
Scheduled an appointment today, the care of the staff was beyond what I expected, and non-judgmental. We have found our new vet for our fur babies.
