This place is a scam, all they want is for people to buy their private petfolk care, they don't about the people or animals that go there, I went to get my dog vaccinated and walked out with a $900 bill that would be $300 anywhere else, I will never return to this vet and will actively tell people how bad and overpriced it is for the rest of the time it's open
My experience at Petfolk - Windermere was bad, truly poor service. I arrived one minute before the grace period deadline, meaning I was still within the allowed time. The staff member came to ask what I needed, spent about two minutes discussing it with her colleague, and after that delay, which they caused themselves, informed me that they would not be able to see my dog. I can’t even begin to express how amazing and caring this clinic is. I brought my 7 year old pup in today for an urgent appointment and they were so gentle with him and genuinely empathetic since I was a mess. They explained everything so clearly to me and never once tried to sell me on the membership they offer but I signed up anyway because this clinic will be my new veterinarian clinic for my animals because of how amazing they are. If you are ever in need of a new veterinarian clinic or need an emergency exam, GO HERE.
This was one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I called ahead to let the attendant know we would be about 15 minutes late. We actually arrived 5:44 which the agreed was 5:45, but there was no one at the front desk, so we had to wait for her. When she finally came out, she told us she could not see us because it was two minute past 5:45, which was the time we had already spent waiting for her.
