Although the prices are a bit steep, the whole experience is very sophisticated. The water machine at the front is an amazing addition for owners and pets, my hound dog loves the cucumber water offered. Dr. Lemon is so knowledgeable, caring, well thought out, and precise. If I was flowing in dough this would be my all around and go to for everything vet! Thank you! 🐾
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I upgraded my dog’s wellness plan to the senior plan because I was told it would provide better care, but since then I have had repeated problems. On multiple visits, my dog was left waiting for around five hours during drop-off appointments while sick. During one visit, he had severe diarrhea and was left there for hours without food, water, or medication. I had the best experience I have ever had with a vet going to this pet clinic. I made an appointment the same morning, showed up within 30 minutes and when I walked in I heard someone say “Is Bo here for his appointment?” they already knew who my cat was and were ready for him immediately. We went right into the exam room and was asked what was going on, after that the vet tech (Jeanie) left and returned with the doctor and they did the entire exam in the room with me.
