We have been here twice now in the past few weeks. Both times we started with making an appointment for our cat. The staff greeted us at the door and showed us immediately into an exam room where by they started asking questions for our visit with our cat. Today we met with Thomas first and he was very gentle and kind with our cat. I've had no poor experiences so far. I need to look up who the Assistant and Doctor were that helped me, but everyone's been very nice and capable.
Staff was super friendly and very comforting to Bailey.
Everyone took the time to answer questions, including the vet, who went out of her way to help answer concerns. Dr. Stephanie and Thomas were absolutely wonderful! They were gentle with Ashton and reassuring with me!
