Learned my lesson. I will never take our cat to anyone but our own trusted and knowledgeable veterinarian. Our cat was fine except she seemed to have an ear mite problem. I couldn't get her in to see our regular vet so I made an appointment with Petfolk. What a mistake. They flushed her ears, said she had an infection ~ not an ear mite problem ~ and sent us home with some ear drops. Within an hour or two, she was stumbling, off balance, and falling over. I brought my cat in for a same-day appointment and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and they took great care of my cat. We were seen quickly, the issue was addressed thoroughly, and he’s now on a treatment plan that gives me peace of mind. I really appreciated how kind and professional everyone was—definitely a five-star visit!
Today was my second time bringing my kitten in for all the kitten shots and check ups. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. They are up front and honest about pricing which is important to me. The space is also really pretty and clean! Very happy with my experiences so far!
