They staff was amazing from the phone call to meeting the Dr and the after care instructions. They calmed my fears about my dog!
Very friendly and caring place! First vet appointment for our fur baby and they were so sweet and understanding and patient with all of our question for our fur baby!! I would highly recommend going for first time!
My girlfriend and I brought our cats for back to back appointments and had an amazing experience. Melissa, our nurse, was amazing and very knowledgeable- also very sweet and loving towards our cats. One of the cats is very social, the other pretty shy, and both Melissa and the doctor (whose name I did not catch) handled them perfectly. Highly recommend Petfolk at any of their locations. There was another one, I forget where, at which Dr. Seagle (spelling may be incorrect) was also very good.
We are new to the area and needed to have our pup treated for ear infection. It was so easy to make an appointment , the clinic was so cute, clean and in a nice shopping center, the staff was really great! We are very pleased with our experience.
This is my second time coming to this place and my second location and I will have to say that the team, the doctors, and the place is wonderful! It’s so clean and bright and the staff is kind and caring. I have a yearly plan with them now and they are the only place I will recommend for regular veterinary visits and services! They are fair about recommendations for things needed and are always helpful in getting the best treatment and the most affordable care available.
