The vets were incredible here. Everyone here was very sweet and kind to help me get my dog out of the car. Saw him on Labor Day somewhat cheaper than an emergency vet. It’s like an urgent care for animals. I highly recommend if you need.
It is my second year of membership with Petfolk and were it not for my last visit experience, I would have rated Petfolk a 5. Well in general Petfolk is very very convenient : ease of getting urgent care appointment for the same day, no consultation costs when on membership, ($199/y), quick and fruitful responses with 24x7 chat with medical team and a selection of amazing vets. I have been coming to Petfolk for 2 years now...im a member...which i love the membership program. Im especially fond of Dr Dwight n Dr Grove...I give them 10 stars....however my last encounter ....on Friday with Dr Murphy...left me in shock. She acted so condescending....wouldn't listen to my questions n answer me in a kind professional way. She acts very grandiose....no compassion or empathy.
