Brought my cat here for the first time on an urgent basis, the staff were nothing short of amazing. The vet was so kind and just genuinely seemed to want to help my boy. Added bonus - the other staff that helped care for him expressed so many kind words about him (and laughs about his silly quirks).
Always top-notch care and very caring and friendly staff. I once had an issue where something was stuck in my dog's noise, and he was reverse sneezing trying desperately to get it out. They liaised with a hospital and got him in right away. Issue solved and full recovery.
PetFocus has been amazing with caring for our cats, especially one who is extremely shy and fearful of people. The staff are on time, compassionate and knowledgeable. Would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional pet care! Edit: I wanted to edit this in 2025 to say how great Dr. Maguire was today! It was our first time seeing him, since our former vet left the clinic, and he was so great with our cats!
