Great as far as per care goes. Absolutely beautiful and very caring staff. But after being quoted for a procedure we were then charged another $150 for a treatment we didn't ask for and weren't told about, just billed for. This throws out his usual treatment period that he is on with our other pets. Disappointed with that. We may not have been able to afford that and had to cut something important from our weekly budget. It's hard to budget when people pull that💔
I'm not sure where to begin. Kind and timely care, a back leg amputation post an accident and amazing care from EVERYONE. I won't mention names for fear of missing one out but there'll be an uber eats voucher or similar for the team. Thank you
Dr Renee and wonderful caring team looked after my best friend Missy recently. Missy had suffered from an eye injury, which could have had serious consequences, however, she was treated by Dr Renee and the team and she has recovered completely. The staff at Pet Focus have always shown a compassionate and professional approach to the care of Missy with treatment options and understanding my sometimes ‘quirky’ needs as well. Thanks Dr Renee and the team.
Petfocus Vetcare is the only veterinary establishment I will take my furbabies to. Dr.Renee has been looking after our dogs for over ten years and I highly recommend her & her wonderful team. From the time you put your feet & paws into reception, the amount of care and love for you & your animals is overwhelming.
Our fur family have been looked after by Dr Renee and her team for the last 13 years and we couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else. They've cared for our animals through every stage of life, with a holistic approach. We’re incredibly grateful to the service they provide - they look after our animals like their own, and we couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend for any pet owner!
