Renee and the team at pet focus are amazing. Been taking my dogs to them for many many years and would not trust anyone else with my furbaby.

I don’t normally write reviews but petfocus deserves one. I frequently bring my 17 month old kelpie, Luna to PetFocus and am always blown away by the exceptional care we receive. All the staff from the girls at the front desk to the nurses and vets genuine love for animals is evident from the moment you walk in. They created a calm and welcoming environment that immediately put Luna at ease. Very Surprised and disappointed. Was elated to hear of "cat specialists" (after years of extreme behavioural problems with our beloved cat and recent diagnosis of hyperthyroidism) to only learn today of your services and Radio-active Iodine therapy. Saw you were open today and phoned to make future appt. Only to be met with an unco-operative and oppositional respondent and a reprimand by virtue of her claim that "Sundays are only for emergencies", which is not stated in the advertised hours.
