I’ve had to change two alternators in my life & both times I paid between $300 - $600. There is absolutely no way I got a bill here for $1000. Do not take any recommendations from triple a roadside members and definitely do not tow your car here. When they find out you won’t pay for their overpriced horrible service, they treat you like anything but a guest. Possibly the worst experience I've had at any mechanic ever, I got towed and it was supposed to be free because I got triple A but when I got there they spent 2 hours on the desk trying to figure out what is the problem with the car which is a 2007 Honda and they concluded that it COULD BE the thermostat and vvt solenoid and that somehow cost $1,700?!!! And that it would stay there for up to 7 days!? And they even told me I had to pay 100 and some dollars for the inspection they did, which is probably their way of paying for... read more
They DO NOT know how to tow Tesla model s vehicles. I won't name the young man's name as he was very nice but he pushed in a sensor on my vehicle to try and find tow hook area and broke it in. Another gentleman who was also pleasant came out and had to tow manually. Upon Tesla dealership he was aware of the sensor issue and NEVER said anything about his company having to fix it ... I proceeded to have Tesla fix it.. which i actually think you have to be an authorized dealer to fix Tesla items... $242 later I called Pete's to... read more
Tech came out. Was rude. Told me 320 for a battery. Advised I had AAA. He said that's the best he can do. Left the car with the hood up. Called AAA, they said it's 209.50 for our battery. Called Pete's back and the lady who answered first tried to tell me AAA says the price and they are just and independent contractor. I told her the price AAA gave me, then she told me to back off buddy. Very rude and unprofessional and way overpriced.
Extremely helpful. Went above and beyond. I highly recommend.
