I have to say John from Pete's towing has came to my rescue on 2 different occasions and he is simply great, hes fast very knowledgeable very friendly and kind and knows his stuff!!John thank u so much for all your help and getting me not only in my car when I locked my keys in it but also towing me when I had 3 flats from the car wash and getting me where I needed to go safely and my car in one piece!!! Your the best and definatly would recommend!!!!
First off junior the driver was Great...Chris the dispatcher on other hand was not very knowledgeable or has any skills dealing with the public had to get the police office to call him twice to release my car he needs to be trained properly.
I took my car there at the recommended by Aaa. This was the third time for them to get it right. They cussed at me said I did something. Tried to start a fight in the parking lot. Do not use them.
A driver named Ken today used 2 obscenities to me! I told him that I would call the police, and he told me to do so. This was for a flat tire. No reasoning with him. Worst service in my entire life! He does NOT belong working with people. Kept arguing and controlling. He has obviously many personal problems to be acting like that to a customer!
