Zero stars for professionalism, conduct, respect. The black truck in front of my driveway is not my vehicle. Apparently, the tow truck driver thought it was a good idea to park a truck in front of my driveway. My garage door was open and my car was in The garage as i was inside preparing to leave. My truck had broken down and AAA sent Pete's Towing to pick me up. My driver ( Larry Fleenor) called me right away and let me know his ETA, he ask was I in a safe place, when he arrived he was professional and explained what he was going to do, he treated my truck like it was his own, I really appreciated how he handled my vehicle. Met Steven tonight. We have a minor problem with my son’s car tonight next to their storage lot and he came out to us and asked us if he needed any help. He gave my son a few recommendations on what the problem may be and then asked us if we were going to be ok before he left. I do appreciate you coming out to check on us and offer help. Great customer service.
I called AAA and they called out Mike from Pete’s towing to tow my vehicle. He came quickly and he was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I may try them out for my mechanical needs in the future because of Mike’s service.
