Efrain with truck 79 was so friendly and helpful! He came quickly with just the right amount of notice and we were reassured that our van would be well taken care of! He towed our van to the dealer with cheerful expertise and even gave a friendly honk of the horn as he departed (then a second salvo when told him that we were delighted with the first)! I hope our van doesn’t need towing again but if it does we’d love to see Efrain again. :)
