Service was terrible. Service was for 4 new tires, aligned and balanced and disposal of old tires. I went 3 times with an appointment and they didnt have the tires. Finally got the tires and they weren't balanced. Called he made it sound like I didn't know what I was talking about and he assured me they were balanced. He checked the tires and they were not balanced because there was something wrong with the machine. He was suppose to get it serviced and then contact me. Info for truckers. We pulled in for a tire change. It got done. And we got completely blocked in. There is no turn around room. Another semi came in behind us with multiple vehicles. Service was good, price was good. Parking lot situation, not good. Semi your best bet is find a way to back in.
