My son hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I put air in the tire and drove down to Pete's in Waterbury because it was the closest tire shop, and I wouldn't have made it much further. Cody wrote up the order and took care of the tire right away. Unfortunately, the tire had a big hole in the sidewall. They had my specific tire in stock at their central warehouse, and he said he would be available the next morning. Cody had Chris put on my spare tire, which got us back on the road.
