Do not trust these people! They have had my Jaguar for 42 days without repairing it. They failed to communicate with my insurance. I went there 6 times to check on my car and wss told "everything is fine." Now they are trying to EXTORT $8,750. from my insurance for "storage" without repairing it. My vehicle in only worth half that amount. They blocked it in on day 1 so my insurance cannot pick it up. They refuse to allow me to take my vehicle. Thet are trying to STEAL my 2001 Jaguar. These people are criminals.
The worst experience with a repair shop. Had to cancel my vacation because office manager promised it would be done on time. Paid extra money to make sure vehicle was ready for vacation. My family had nightmares with the vehicle on day one. Contacted owner and he took no responsibility. Stated it was not his issue. Several times couldn’t get a call back. Pete's did a.great job painting my tailgate and went above and beyond to perfectly match my very difficult to match factory paint color. Will definitely be back next time I screw something up!
They kept me in the dark for over two and a half months never called No courtesy of saying they can't find no bumper and then they keep your money after me running out of patience and saying I want my $200 back well now the bumper is non-refundable but the first bumper they could send back so why can't they return the second bumper that's not a very good way to run a business by ripping people off so don't bother your time or your effort to go there and get anything done
