Something as simple as a return phone call on a camper there for service takes days, if at all. Totally disappointed in the CT location. Dropped before Labor Day and was told probably ready following week. Now September 19th and not one call to us. We were highly satisfied repeat customers of the Vt location. I need to reach out to Jayco next
So I would leave zero stars but it won't go below two. Stay away. Joe the finance guy is a misogynistic and threatened a 63 year old 110lb woman with cancer. He jumped in my face laughing and threatening to call the police because I dropped an f bomb not at him. Matt did very little to assist. We went to Hemlock RV and we're treated with kindness. Pete's had stuck a filthy mattress in our camper, it had bugs and they dropped the ball on financing, despite our calls to make sure things were moving along. Joe is unstable and d... read more
