We take great pride in our state of the art facility that houses our huge RV sales showroom, parts and accessories store and 11-bay service area. I went to Pete’s in Vermont with my sister , who bought a 2023 Classic Airstream . The orientation was not as smooth as you would think of a dealer that sells $200k units . We found several things wrong ,that we were told would be taken care of before delivery . NOT !!!! It was delivered with same issues it had at the dealership. Calls ,text and e-mails unanswered. We ordered a 22 ft. Forest River Wildwood travel trailer from Pete’s RV in South Burlington Vt in June of 2021 and our family drove up there to pick it up on 6/28. When we arrived, we were greeted by chaos. They were supposed to have our trailer ready to pick up with accessories we had ordered, but they couldn’t find many of the parts. We waited in the lounge and when we went to fill out the paperwork and pay, they couldn’t coordinate anything. Bought 1st RV at Pete’s RV in Plainville MA. Started process late March 2021. My wife & I picked up RV August 1st. AUSTIN our salesperson was friendly enough and always “responded” to texts. Unfortunately he was never able to actually provide any answers to the texts and questions. He simply lacked knowledge, and communication skills. We purchased a brand new 2021 Montana from Pete's. When we went for our walkthrough, we got there on time, we had to wait over an hour to actually do our walkthrough. We waited in the main lobby. No one asked us if we were all set. Our sales person walked by several times and didn't recognize us or even know our names although we had been in three different times to talk to her. Absolutely horrible! This company’s service department is the worst in communicating and actually fixing issues. We bought a brand new Jayco. We took delivery knowing several things needed to be fixed. There were stress fractures in the front and the kitchen countertop had to be replace due to a manufacturing flaw. That took from January to end of June because the wrong counter top came in. After purchasing a new $73,000 Airstream we discovered some mechanical issues (plumbing problems). Called Pete's RV shortly after purchase and they would not get me in for service until 4 months later. TERRBILE SERVICE. Actually, NO SERVICE! If I didn't purchase the travel trailer there, I could possibly understand the wait. They took my $73,000 and didn't care about me once I left the dealership.
