Spent two nights at the intercontinental and went to Pete's both nights. While I can't speak for the food, since I didn't get any of it (I'm still giving it 5 stars tho), the drinks and service were on point. A huge shout out to the staff who were working at a disadvantage since their ice machine broke one of the nights, but they still strived to accommodate their customers. We had the crab beignets and shrimp and grits dish. The beignets were delicious, but I didn't like the seasoning on the shrimp, and the grits didn't have enough seasoning. The server was pleasant but wasn't attentive; she and another employee were watching sports. Meanwhile, our drinks weren't refilled, and I desperately needed salt and pepper for the grits. Thankfully, the area has many restaurants; therefore, we weren't limited to Pete's, one of the two eateries in the hotel.

I had the crab beinegts with a small green salad. The salad dressing was the best I'd ever had. the entire meal was delicious.

My latte was good and the gentleman who made my latte was very nice and attentive.
