Initially Lynn was very polite and sympathetic to my situation, but the kindness changed when it came to (1) I had to take my vehicle back because the hood would not close properly, and I had NO work even done on it. I went to Pete's Paint and Body with my green 2011 Tacoma to get an estimate to paint the roof, hood, and front color matched grill. They were recommended to me by a co-worker. There was major paint oxidation on roof that caused it to turn a dull chalky white, there was also oxidized paint on hood as well as several rock dings and a major scratch.
