Anthony from Pete’s answered the AAA call for roadside when I woke up to a dead battery in my car. He was super friendly and personable. I never felt like he was “rushing” to just complete the job and I felt as though he did a very thorough and quality job on the install. We also confirmed no issue with the alternator, but discovered another abnormality which lead to me making an appointment to investigate this with my mechanic. John came to my house and helped me jump my battery. He was friendly and gave me advice about things to look for that could be causing my battery to drain. He was very professional and I highly recommend using them.

The battery in my husband's car died in the parking lot after 4 hours of biking and running at the Silver Comet Trail. Cameron arrived and was very professional, diagnosed the issue, confirmed no issue with alternator and then replaced the battery for us. It was quite an effort to replace this battery as it required removal of about 20 bolts and many other car pieces just to get to the battery. Avoid at all costs. The foks that run this place are thieves. If you take your car to this station you will be robbed. I could elaborate but there's little point: stay away from these thieves.
