I've used other landscapers in the past and have always had difficulty getting them to show up or do the job well. Pete came out for an estimate, was reasonably priced, and showed up when he said he would. On top of that he had two guys do the work within 4 hours. That is miraculous as I have A LOT of planting beds to mulch and all the plants are grown in now that it's mid-season. Pete’s Lawn Service did an outstanding job on our backyard! Pete was very knowledgeable and took our ideas, formalized them, and offered helpful suggestions that actually saved us money. He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and worked extremely hard, even in 100-degree weather—and they didn’t hesitate to come out on the weekend to keep the project moving. Pete's Lawn Service did a great job on my spring clean-up and replenishing some stone I lost when I replaced my fence last year. They trimmed all my shrubs and added new mulch to my flower beds. They also did all the weeding, which was a chore! They were very careful with the new stone, taking time to walk it into the backyard from the street rather than chance damaging the paved driveway. And they did all the work in a timely manner, despite the rainy weather.

I began using Pete’s Lawn Service in 2022. I have had no problem with them until today, 5/16/25. I called them because I had not heard from them with regard to my lawn maintenance. The person I spoke to, Shannon, was not very nice and advised me they tried to contact me earlier in the year. I received no calls or texts. My husband passed last July. I am a widow, 79 years old, and I was told they had no room for me for lawn maintenance this season. I can only assume I am not one of their best. Now I have to find someone else ... read more
