I am in Hunter on vacation and I had an issue with my car. Instead of Pete’s saying you’re not a local and I have no interest in helping you, they were super happy to help. He grabbed my car and spent a couple minutes on it and let me know the issues. Unfortunately he could not fit me into his schedule, he looks very popular, but he was happy to help. And he let me go without charging. Pete’s was a pleasure to deal with, he gave me the time of day and made me feel like he wanted to help me.

My son had the spring holding his kickstand fall off his Harley creating a dangerous riding condition as the kickstand was free floating as he rode. We were unable to reattach but rode about 10 miles when we spotted Pete's. Devon came right out and muscled the spring back on. He would not accept a tip, just smiled and went back to work. He saved our ride. I can tell you this type of service is rare, and we highly decommend Devon and Petes.

Rented a car in NYC, woke up in the morning with a dead battery, Devon arrived to rescue, he was polite and kind and gave us a couple of tips to visit the area while we were waiting for Peter to come and open the door. In a matter of minutes the issue was resolved and we were able to enjoy our day! Fair price!
