“My car brakes went completely out, leaving us stranded and unable to get back to the city. We brought the car in and even offered extra for a same-day rush—these guys didn’t take advantage at all. Instead, they quickly ordered the necessary parts, genuinely helped us out, and got us safely back on the road. Super friendly, honest service, and a great sense of humor too! Highly recommend!”

Quality and prices are good, so no complaints there. The staff can be very rough around the edges. One guy yelled at me because I accidentally walked in from the wrong entrance. Another time the guy at the reception couldn't say 2 words without dropping the F bomb. If the staff was more civilized I'd give them 5 stars.

I would absolutely recommend Pete's Auto to anyone. I'm from Long Island and my car broke down while upstate (Hunter NY) with friends. Being away from home and not knowing anyone in the area, it was stressful to say the least. Pete's auto towed my car to their shop, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote in a timely fashion. The car was fixed and I was able to come pick it up and drive it back home to Long Island (3.5 hours away) with no issues. Very professional auto shop Thanks Pete's
