Terrible customer service. I called several times before I got a response (days later) when they finally gave me an estimate it was left as a message on my voice mail (no written estimate!?). When I called asking for clarification on the estimate no one ever called me back. This company has no professionalism whatsoever. They will not be getting my business and I would suggest you steer clear as well.
