Buyer Beware I signed up for a monthly car wash membership and it turned into a nightmare. It took three separate visits and eventually canceling my credit card just to get the charges to stop. The staff didn’t seem able to fix it and there was zero follow-up from management. Be careful before giving them your payment info — definitely not worth the hassle.
Car wash is very rough. Went through twice and it didn't even get bird poop off my car. The dryer at the end doesn't do a good job. Also, was talked into a one month car wash plan and was told that at the end of the first month the plan wouldn't be renewed unless I went online and created an account. Well...it was renewed. Phone calls not being answered. Trying to email now... Update: I was told I was getting a refund and that they were cancelling my account a month ago. Dan was the absolute man. I had lost a pair of beat headphones and finally found them underneath my drivers side seat. As soon as I saw them I had accidentally sucked one up with the vacuum!!! I had asked if there was a way to get it out and Dan helped right away, took apart the vacuum and did WORK trying to help me find the lost headphone I so stupidly sucked up.
