I go here almost every Monday for the Chicken fried chicken and it's usually FANTASTIC. However, this last experience abysmal. Service was wonderful but the food was a joke. They had a different fires than their normal crinkle-cut, they were bland and kind of hard, tasted like off brand section at Walmart. Hopefully that is just temporary. Had dinner with my dad- chicken was dry. Not even sauce helped. Wait times for a refill became ridiculous to the point I had to be obnoxious and set my glass on the end of the table. And it wasn’t even the dinner rush yet. She was standing in another section just talking with other customers, other servers, and not to mention- the hostess. She had such a terrible attitude. Food is always pretty good Service is Great. Huge variety of food. Great for families.
The food was ok.i asked specifically for limp bacon it came fully cooked the hash browns were under cooked i think they just put them under the heat lamp when we sent it back bc when it returned it was still undercooked .we had a few bites and just left it.rhe waitress was not friendly at all when she brought things to the table it was if she was angry at something just slammed it on the table.i said woo someone must have ticked her off that morning.........so even though she did that.i left her a good tip and reason for tha... read more
