They told me they don’t have the schematics to fix the lights from an accident I was in told me to take it to the dealership. None of my cars are coming here anymore. A body shop is a one stop shop why do I need to go to more than 1 shop for repairs ?
After receiving approval from my warranty co. to get repairs at an in-network facility, I chose Pete’s CARSTAR to fix my vehicle based on the reviews and close proximity to my home/job. What started out as a smooth process has quickly turned into a frustrating purgatory I truly regret. My visit to the shop on 5/18 was honestly pleasant. I was greeted and immediately taken care of by Danny (I believe).
