Honest service techs and they have price lock for my seasons oil.
Have had Peterson Oil for 4 years, it has been a roller coaster experience to say the least! Every year there was always some sort of issue; signed up for service plan but they forgot to include that cost into our monthly bill so when we needed our boiler serviced they said we didn’t have a service plan, had to pay the full price for the yearly plan all at once in order to get it(even though they found our contract with the service plan listed on it). They never show up when they are supposed to. They have Terrible customer service and communication within the company.
