We had taken the two tries (off the motorcycle) to get mounted and balanced. After our 3-hour ride home we noticed the tires were mounted incorrectly (directional tires) and the old balance was left on when the tire was balanced. The apprentice(student) made an honest mistake, and Robert Valdes (SVC MGR) made sure we had it corrected and drove down to the FL Keys twice to make it right.
I am more than happy with the second purchase of my New Sharkskin Street Glide, but not only the bike itself but the way I was treated at Peterson South. This is the third motorcycle I buy from here and this time around was unique because of the people that took care of me while the complete deal. Want to make sure that the staff gets recognize and you know is a Family oriented and friendly place when you know all this guys by name, like Craig that I drove crazy to pick the right bike and the deal and the best salesman Ace... read more
after they repaired my bike, had to take it to another place and pay them to put it together correctly.... never again!!!!
