Peterson's has serviced my IN-LAWS for years and it has just come to my attention they have been ripping them off. A new condenser was replaced about 2 years ago and the air handler was not! Why? Not industry standards! We arrived at their home a month ago and the ac wasn't working. I found the invoice replacing the condenser. I called Peterson's and they sent someone over fairly quickly.
