I recently had to bring my car in due to being hit BY a bear and they were amazing! They got me in so fast. Being a young woman, I often feel uncomfortable at car shops and worry I will be over charged. Petersons was nothing like that. They were friendly, honest, and compassionate. What a team Peterson's Collision has. Colin was so kind, informative and empathetic while I was (and still am) dealing with repairing my vehicle after an accident I had. I can't sing praises high enough. AND they washed/vacuumed my car out which was soooo kind of them. Everyone at Peterson's rules and I appreciate you all!! Wonderful work, y'all!
We got hit by a bear (bear was ok). They worked close with my insurance (GEICO) to make sure everything was perfect. Car looked new! They even cleaned the interior carpet! And waxed the entire car. Great communication! Would highly recommend! Update: My rear window shattered (different issue). He was able to get me repaired in a short amount of time. Great place, great people. Highly recommend.
