Wish we could give them more stars. They are the best in Humboldt. They worked on both mine and my husbands Cars, both big collision repairs and they look great!!
They did excellent work, finished in a very timely manner, far less expensive than other places I checked. I reccommend them to everyone I know!
Every aspect of my experience with Peterson's was fantastic! Especially advocating for me on my behalf with my insurance company. And my car looks amazing after the body repairs. If I need body repairs or other similar work done in the future I will definitely go back.
I recently had to bring my car in due to being hit BY a bear and they were amazing! They got me in so fast. Being a young woman, I often feel uncomfortable at car shops and worry I will be over charged. Petersons was nothing like that. They were friendly, honest, and compassionate. What a team Peterson's Collision has. Colin was so kind, informative and empathetic while I was (and still am) dealing with repairing my vehicle after an accident I had. I can't sing praises high enough. AND they washed/vacuumed my car out which was soooo kind of them. Everyone at Peterson's rules and I appreciate you all!! Wonderful work, y'all!
