Ashton is an absolute dream. I never feel rushed. She'll stay with you and talk with you as long as you need. She doesn't push pills down your throat. She stays up-to-date with every new trial and medication. She never judges me when I tell her I saw something on TikTok or Google, unlike other doctors. I use to have respect for this office but lost it all today! After I had seen Ashton Peterson I went to reschedule and checkout when my friend pulled me aside to inform me that after the doctor had seen me she came up to the front and violated HIPPA saying loudly my name, gender, where I lived, what I was in the office for and medication. She then asked if they could change the price on the medication cause I was willing to pay more, the other person stated no they can’t so Ashton said price it under misc. I’m disappointed with the communication at this clinic. I have not received call backs, and my results were not updated in my chart. The front desk has also been unresponsive to messages. Patients need better follow-up and clearer communication.”
