The customer service dept sometimes is hard to get a human but they call you back promptly and they offer a chance for you to purchase a home even if you have the worst credit on earth they treat you like your made of gold the terms are simple the people are nice and I have found that they will work with you on any issue you may have when my furnace went out they let me move my one month payment to the end of my loan as long as I paid taxes and insurance so that I could afford to have it replaced right away!The \$500.00 down... read more
