We worked with Bill, and he was too busy playing the 'know-it-all' card. We get it, you think you're smart. That's neat. Please allow people to ask questions without talking down to them even when the answer had nothing to do with the question.
Had a horrible experience renting here. From the very beginning I called and spoke to someone who said they would call back about getting a certain item and never did. When I called the next day to try and find out if the found it I called several times throughout the day and went to voicemail everytime. Finally ended up calling the Clackamas CAT and speaking to Ryan (Who was awesome actually) and he was able to set up my entire rental for Hillsboro. Picking up the equipment was fine. I have rented and dealt with Peterson multiple occasions and could not be more impressed with them. Clean late model equipment, fantastic customer service, and multiple locations in the northwest. These guys will go above and beyond to get you the right equipment for the job when you need it. I highly recommend them to anyone with upcoming projects or equipment needs, you will not be disappointed
