Called every rental company in town to get quotes for a power washer. They had a better model and the best price. What really sold me was thst they were the only ones who were upfront about the final price, which included required insurance and environmental fees. I would’ve felt tricked if I went in and got a different price than quoted, thanks for transparency!

We worked with Bill, and he was too busy playing the 'know-it-all' card. We get it, you think you're smart. That's neat. Please allow people to ask questions without talking down to them even when the answer had nothing to do with the question.

Had a horrible experience renting here. From the very beginning I called and spoke to someone who said they would call back about getting a certain item and never did. When I called the next day to try and find out if the found it I called several times throughout the day and went to voicemail everytime. Finally ended up calling the Clackamas CAT and speaking to Ryan (Who was awesome actually) and he was able to set up my entire rental for Hillsboro. Picking up the equipment was fine.
