Darrell said his ofc staff could answer basic questions, not true. I was put off until 8 in the evening when Darrell called me. I was told by the office staff that they would cancel my previous insurance, that was also not true because I was told by Wellmark that I had to call the marketplace to cancel my insurance. I received a bill from medicare for over $700 due by the end of November. I called Darrells ofc and all I got was excuses. Never again.

I have the best service every time I call in. The office staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Very unproffessional. This is my 1st year using their services. I dropped off a dental receipt for them to file a claim. After waiting 4 weeks and not getting reimbursed, i called my insurance company to check the status. They found no record of receiving a claim. I called Petersons again and they could not locate the paperwork. From now on, ill submit my own claims and when open enrollment comes time again, ill find someone else for my service.
