Always willing to go the extra mile (literally) when i forget to put out my recycling.
They bought out Tim’s Trucking and every other small regional trucking. Since they took over they’ve raised rates, reduced pickup to every other week, and have had multiple issues where they just “forgot” to pick up the entire neighbourhood. The whole township is scrambling for an alternative.
Peterson not Town and Country seems to be the issue. When they took over my recycling immediately stopped being picked up. I have been paying for the service. Yet no matter what I do my recycling is left behind. I emailed with zero response from them. When I contacted Town and Country the polite lady I spoke with was on top of finding out why this is happening. Peterson seems to want to be paid but not do the work. I have had to replace 2 garbage cans because their men are so unconcerned with their work that they have broken... read more
