Wonderful place! I purchased some orange blossom honey. Yummy!
Called looking for an orange tree, I was told they had a few and the prices were between $80-$100. I went there to look at them, I could not get anyone to help me. Finally I was able to get someone but they don't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. I finally had one lady check prices for me. For a 15gal pot it's $150. I was shocked because Home Depot has the same size from the same exact farm and they are $91. I thought I read this place has better prices than the big stores. Not!!!
It was a nice place to buy fresh locally grown mangos at affordable price. NOT anymore! Small mangos are $3, when they were $1 last year! Big ones are $5-6, and last summer they were $3-4! Way to pricey! The rest of the produce is from supermarkets with stickers on them, not local at all.
My wife and I shop here weekly and have for years. We drive from the island just to shop here. We have watched Petersons evolve over the years and it has become such a special place. Highly recommended!!
