I have used Jody Peterson several times over the last 10 yrs to find good qualified renters for our home in Decatur. She has always come through with good people. Any time we have had issues she has taken care of them promptly. I would recommend her because of her professionalism and knowledge of the rental market in Decatur. I have no personal ties to her or any one at her company so I just bring this recommendation based on experience only.

I dont know how this company can call themselves a property management company. They do NOT respond to email, help correct tenent issues. Its taken them over 4 months to evict a guy on a month to month. They use family members for services and in general are happy to run your (my) property into the ground. Please, arent there any professionals who manage small properties in Decatur?!!
